Savannah Martinez – Medical Assistant

Savannah has been in the medical field as a medical assistant since 2007. She joined My Houston Surgeons’s team in 2018 and has enjoyed working with great people. She has always had a passion to care for patients and working at our Spring Valley office with Dr. Sato has given her the perfect opportunity to continue to do what she loves. She was born and raised in Houston and loves spending time with her husband and children. She and her family enjoy traveling and being outdoors.

Adrian Rojas – Patient Care/Surgery Coordinator

Adrian was born in Dallas and moved to Houston in 2006. She has been in the medical field for over 18 years. She is passionate about what she does and building relationships with patients is her favorite part of this industry! Adrian loves watching the patients go through their surgical journey with our team here at My Houston Surgeons from their initial consultation with Dr. Sato to becoming a member of our “MHS surgical family”. She loves spending time with her 6 year old daughter, LOVES football season, reading, and family time! She looks forward to meeting you and will be with you every step of the way!

Madison Neiberlein – Physician Assistant

Madison was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She attended Tulane University for her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Madison always knew she had a passion for medicine. She went on to obtain her master’s degree in Neuroscience at Tulane University and then was accepted into PA school at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, where she subsequently obtained her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. While in PA school, Madison developed a love for plastic surgery as she preferred being hands-on and practicing procedural-based medicine. She enjoyed that she could make direct changes with her hands and skillset. While at University Hospital in San Antonio, she was exposed to various types of reconstructive surgery with a large variety of complications and a diverse patient base. It was at this time she was introduced to Dr. Sean Boutros. Under Dr. Boutros and his PA, Kara McAfee, Madison was able to learn plastic surgery practices in the operating room from some of the best in the industry. She went on to grow her injectable practice, where she specialized in full facial rejuvenation with neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra). She now joins My Houston Surgeons once more with Dr. Erika Sato.

She aims to assist Dr. Sato in caring for her patients pre-operatively and post-operatievly, while also continuing to grow her injectable practice, ultimately helping patients to feel their best.
