This patient underwent a Tummy Tuck with another plastic surgeon and was left with large “dog ears”. She was unhappy with the appearance of these “dog ears” and also her buttocks. Brazilian Butt Lift and excision of “dog ears” with Liposuction to the upper abdomen, axilla, back, love handles, and inner thighs (total lipoaspirate 5750cc) with fat transfer (910cc to each buttock/hip).
