This patient had a breast lift with implants 8 years ago with 371cc Natrelle Style 15 implants by another plastic surgeon. The implant/capsule became palpable, and she wished to undergo an implant exchange with another breast lift. A bilateral implant exchange (375cc Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round High Profile Silicone) with breast lift and capsulotomy/capsulectomy was performed.
