View 5 of 5This patient had a combined tummy tuck and BBL and then a second BBL all by another plastic surgeon in the past. She desired to have more liposuction as she felt her upper body was not proportionate with her lower body. She chose to do an augmentation with fat grafting to her breasts over breast implants as she wanted just one cup increase in size and preferred to do this naturally with her own fat. Liposuction to the arms, axilla, and back with fat transfer to the breasts (295cc to each breast).
