View 5 of 5This patient had a previous Breast Augmentation by another plastic surgeon using saline implants. She developed a Grade IV capsular contracture on the left breast. A bilateral Mastopexy, capsulectomy of the left breast and bilateral implant exchange was carried out with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Ultra High Profile Silicone implants (Right – 430cc and Left – 480cc).
