This patient desired more full firm breasts after pregnancy and breast feeding. She chose to do an augmentation with fat grafting to her breasts over breast implants as she wanted just one cup increase in size (currently a 34B and desired to be a C cup) and preferred to do this naturally with her own fat. Liposuction to the upper and lower abdomen, waistline back and love handles (total lipoaspirate 3270cc) with fat transfer to the breasts (Right: 324cc and Left: 319cc).
