This patient was unhappy with the dark pigment of her adult acne scars along with melasma. She desired to have a more even skin tone. She underwent one Fraxel Dual laser treatment to the face focusing mainly on pigment (melasma and acne scars are lighter), but an improvement is also seen in her overall skin texture as her pores and fine lines are less evident. This patient is ~6 weeks post laser in these photos.
