Patient Case #7148-2

This patient had a tummy tuck with liposuction 360 and a breast augmentation with 400cc saline implants by another plastic surgeon. She was not happy with the results and wished to have more liposuction along with removal of the saline implants and fat grafting to the breasts.

The saline implants were first deflated in the office to allow the breast tissue to tighten as much as possible. One month later the patient was taken to the operating room for removal of the implant shell along with Liposuction to the upper and lower abdomen, waistline, love handles and inner thighs (total lipoaspirate 3300cc) with fat transfer to the breasts (360cc to each breast).
