Patient Case #5593

This patient had a previous Breast Augmentation by another plastic surgeon. She was unhappy with the asymmetry in position of the implants (right one sits higher) and also wanted larger implants with a more “augmented” look. An implant exchange with recreation of the bilateral breast implant pockets was carried out with 490cc Mentor Xtra Smooth Round High Profile Silicone implants.
