View 5 of 5This patient had a previous Breast Augmentation by another plastic surgeon using Mentor 350cc HP Saline implants (right one filled to 375cc and left one filled to 350cc). Over time the implants displaced laterally and inferiorly moving in to her armpit when in a supine position and leaving her with no upper pole fullness or cleavage when in an upright position. An implant exchange with recreation of the bilateral breast implant pockets was carried out with 485cc Sientra 107 Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Silicone implants.
